Front Desk Scheduler/Marketing Asst for Chiro Office

Highly energetic, enthusiastic, cheerful and outgoing person who loves people needed for busy Chiropractic Office. Need to be organized, patient and able to remain calm and caring under pressure. We need someone to be "warm and fuzzy" with all of our patients and still be able to handle the daily business functions. Professional attire and naturally smiling, can-do attitude are required in this non-smoking health oriented office.

Preferred if you have 7 legs, 8 arms and the ability to do 10 things at once! Will settle for a strong work ethic, excellent people skills, attention to detail and the ability to get things done!

Responsibilities include:

*You will be entirely responsible for keeping patients scheduled.
* This is a position with a HIGH LEVEL of face to face patient contact and constant telephone calls.
*You will promote our office through internal and outside marketing promotions and events.
*Track office productivity.
*Collect patient payments and establish payment programs/plans.
* You will also: Assist with patient consultations, verify patient insurance benefits, maintain office inventory, assist patients with therapies and exercises, when needed.

*Has a clean, professional  appearance, a clear speaking voice, and smiles a lot.
*Has a positive attitude and is health conscious.
*Has a High School Diploma or GED.
*Has reliable transportation.
*Can work the following hours: 
           Mon 9am-8pm, Tues. 2:00-9pm, Wed. 9:30-8pm, Thurs. 9:30-8pm
           (includes  1 hour for lunch)
           Some weekends as necessary for marketing events.

Compensation is $11-$14 per hour plus weekly bonuses.
